GoodHub provides a range of reports completely free of charge to help you track your fundraising progress and access donor data whenever you need it. Below is an overview of the reports available to you: **Available Reports** - **Organisation Report**A comprehensive summary of all fundraising activities across your Profile, campaign, and event pages. - **Campaign Report**Offers detailed insights into fundraising activity for a specific campaign, event, or your Profile Page. It includes donor data, a breakdown of GoodHub’s fees, the amount transferred to your bank account, and the expected Gift Aid from HMRC. - **Donor and Ticket Purchase Report**Lists donor and ticket purchaser data, including transaction details, contact information, goodwill messages, and—if applicable—ticket purchase specifics and any custom data collected. - **Gift Aid Report**For organisations that prefer to submit their own Gift Aid claims. - **Your Fundraisers Report**Displays all individual, team, and corporate fundraising pages linked to your Profile or specific campaigns and events. For sponsored events, submitted participant data is also included. - **Parent Organisation Summary Report**If you're part of a parent organisation, you can also access a high-level summary of fundraising across your network. Please note: due to individual organisational agreements with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, full donor details cannot be shared in this report. **How to Access Your Reports** To obtain your reports, simply log in and, from your dashboard, click "View reporting" on the "Reporting" panel. Select your preferred report and click "Export Data". Enter the email address where you would like your report sent, insert the dates your report should cover, and click "Export". Your report will arrive in your inbox within a few minutes.
