When will funds be paid out?

GoodHub distributes on the following basis:

Funds raised on Profile Pages and Regular Giving Campaigns - monthly, usually by the 10th day of the following month. For example, funds raised in the calendar month of May, will be distributed by the 10th June, and so on.

Funds raised on Crowdfund a Project, Sponsored Event and Ticketed Event pages - by the 10th day of the month following the campaign or event page close date. For example, if your page closed on the 28th of the month, then funds will be distributed by the 10th of the following month.

Funds are transferred directly to your organisation’s bank account for each discrete campaign or event, and net of our fees. You can find details of the funds raised and fees for each campaign or event at any time by running a “Campaign” report from your admin panel.
